Quyền Sở Hữu Ứng Dụng - Application Ownership

Ứng Dụng này được phát triển và sở hữu bởi PepperStudio, tất cả các quyền sở hữu trí tuệ liên quan đến Ứng Dụng (bao gồm nhưng không giới hạn mã nguồn, các sửa đổi, bổ sung, cập nhật của Ứng Dụng) và các tài liệu hướng dẫn liên quan (nếu có) sẽ thuộc quyền sở hữu duy nhất bởi PepperStudio và không cá nhân, tổ chức nào được phép sao chép, tái tạo, phân phối, hoặc hình thức khác xâm phạm tới quyền của chủ sở hữu nếu không có sự đồng ý và cho phép bằng văn bản của PepperStudio.

This Application is developed and owned by PepperStudio. All intellectual property rights related to the Application (including but not limited to source code, modifications, additions, updates of the Application) and related documentation (if any) shall be solely owned by PepperStudio, and no individual or organization is permitted to copy, reproduce, distribute, or otherwise infringe upon the rights of the owner without the consent and written permission of PepperStudio.

1. To use the full features of the Application, you must create an account as per our requirements. You agree that the use of the account must comply with PepperStudio's regulations, and all the information you provide to us is true, accurate, and complete at the time of request. Your rights and obligations will be based on the account information you have registered. Therefore, if there is any inaccurate information, we will not be responsible if that information affects or limits your rights. We use the sign-in linking feature with Facebook, Google, Apple, and require you to provide your name, email, and profile picture to display on the application.

 

Quyền lợi và trách nhiệm - Rights and Responsibilities

• Thiết kế lại, biên dịch, tháo gỡ, chỉnh sửa, đảo lộn thiết kế của Ứng Dụng hoặc nội dung Ứng Dụng;
• Thay đổi hoặc hủy bỏ trạng thái ban đầu của Ứng Dụng;
• Sử dụng Ứng Dụng để thực hiện bất kỳ hành động gây hại cho hệ thống an ninh mạng của PepperStudio, bao gồm nhưng không giới hạn sử dụng dữ liệu hoặc truy cập vào máy chủ hệ thống hoặc tài khoản không được phép; truy cập vào hệ thống mạng để xóa bỏ, chỉnh sửa và thêm các thông tin; phát tán các chương trình độc hại, virus hoặc thực hiện bất kỳ hành động nào khác nhằm gây hại hoặc phá hủy hệ thống mạng;
• Đăng nhập và sử dụng Ứng Dụng bằng một phần mềm tương thích của bên thứ ba hoặc hệ thống không được phát triển, cấp quyền hoặc chấp thuận bởi PepperStudio;
• Sử dụng, bán, cho mượn, sao chép, chỉnh sửa, kết nối tới, phiên dịch, phát hành, công bố các thông tin liên quan đến Ứng Dụng, xây dựng mirror website để công bố các thông tin này hoặc để phát triển các sản phẩm phát sinh, công việc hoặc dịch vụ;
• Sử dụng Ứng Dụng để đăng tải, chuyển, truyền hoặc lưu trữ các thông tin vi phạm pháp luật, vi phạm thuần phong mỹ tục của dân tộc;
• Sử dụng Ứng Dụng để sử dụng, đăng tải, chuyển, truyền hoặc lưu trữ bất kỳ nội dung vi phạm quyền sở hữu trí tuệ, bí mật kinh doanh hoặc quyền pháp lý của bên thứ ba;
• Sử dụng Ứng Dụng hoặc các dịch vụ khác được cung cấp bởi PepperStudio trong bất kỳ hình thức vi phạm pháp luật nào, cho bất kỳ mục đích bất hợp pháp nào;
• Các hình thức vi phạm khác.

You have the right to use the Application and other services we provide; however, such use will not include the following actions unless approved in writing by PepperStudio:

• Copy, modify, reproduce, create new products or derivative versions based on this Application;
• Sell, transfer, sublicense, disclose or otherwise transfer all or part of the Application to any third party;
• Use the Application to provide services to any third party (organization or individual);
• Move, remove, or alter any legitimate notice or sign of the Application (including but not limited to copyright statements);
• Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, modify, or reverse the design of the Application or its content;
• Alter or cancel the initial state of the Application;
• Use the Application to perform any actions that harm PepperStudio's network security system, including but not limited to using data or accessing unauthorized system servers or accounts; accessing the network system to delete, modify, and add information; distributing malicious programs, viruses or performing any other actions to harm or destroy the network system;
• Log in and use the Application with third-party compatible software or systems not developed, authorized, or approved by PepperStudio;
• Use, sell, lend, copy, modify, connect to, translate, publish, or disclose information related to the Application, build mirror websites to publish this information or to develop derivative products, works or services;
• Use the Application to upload, transfer, transmit or store information that violates laws or violates the moral customs of the nation;
• Use the Application to use, upload, transfer, transmit or store any content that infringes on the intellectual property rights, trade secrets or legal rights of third parties;
• Use the Application or other services provided by PepperStudio in any form that violates the law or for any illegal purpose;
• Other forms of violations.

 

Xử Lý Vi Phạm - Violation Handling

Trường hợp bạn vi phạm bất kỳ quy định nào trong Thỏa Thuận này, PepperStudio có quyền ngay lập tức khóa tài khoản của bạn và/hoặc xóa bỏ toàn bộ các thông tin, nội dung vi phạm, đồng thời tùy thuộc vào tính chất, mức độ vi phạm bạn sẽ phải chịu trách nhiệm trước cơ quan có thẩm quyền, PepperStudio và bên thứ ba về mọi thiệt hại gây ra bởi hoặc xuất phát từ hành vi vi phạm của bạn.
